Hema Krishnamoorthy is the Founder and Director of HKM Consultancy Services, bringing over 25 years of distinguished experience in finance, governance, and strategic advisory across the UAE, Oman, and India. A seasoned finance leader and trusted advisor, Hema has held senior leadership roles including CFO and Finance Director in large multinational and engineering organizations, where she has led high-performing teams and driven complex financial and business transformations.
At HKM Consultancy Services, Hema provides board-level financial leadership to owner-managed and growth-stage businesses. Her firm specializes in fractional CFO services, AML compliance, corporate tax and VAT advisory, bookkeeping, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance—helping organizations build strong financial foundations while ensuring adherence to evolving regulatory frameworks.
Hema is a Certified Public Accountant (US), Certified Management Accountant (US), Associate Company Secretary (India), and holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards, ACCA (UK). Her multidisciplinary expertise enables her to deliver integrated financial, tax, and governance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
